The Marina Tower is a luxurious condominium community. The Marina Tower site boasts extraordinary views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal waterways, and the exclusive Turnberry Country Club. Additionally, there is a house of prayer within a very short distance.
Developed in the early-80's, the Marina Tower Condominium Association consists of a seven-member Board of Directors, who are elected annually.
The Marina Tower consist of 147 Units and in 2007 we executed a major renovation of our facilities. This renovation included modernizing elevators , the swimming pool, and upgrading our Spa. Furthermore we renewed our modern health club, play room, and a game room, to name a few. The building is fully equipped with the latest electronic Security and Fire systems as well.
We have created The Marina Towers website for our residents and their families to both learn more about The Marina Tower community and as a gateway to recreation and socializing with fellow residents.
